Sewer reinstatement cutters are available with a variety of features, options and sizes. IMS robots offer key features that make set them apart from the competition.

Air-Powered Motors

Pneumatic motors are reliable and easy to repair, keeping you running longer and limiting downtime. They excel in getting around bends, generate much less heat during use, deliver more horsepower per pound than other types of motors and are easier to transport and deploy.

Precise Positioning

The 4” axial feed on the larger models let you put the cutting bit exactly where you need it. A welcome feature when you are deep in the line.

Models for all line sizes 

The Micro S series of cutters fit in small access openings and have excellent flexibility in bends. All have integrated cameras.

The Nano cutter is also suitable for smaller lines with a compact package.

The DRIVE / DRIVE+ cutters reinstate laterals or grind offsets in mainlines.

Detachable robots on the Micro S Light+ and larger models make transport easy.

90DCX Motor

With the 90 DCX angular cutting motor, cutting bits are attached to the air motor offset at 90°. This gives a better view of your work and better maneuverability on laterals. Compatible with any MICRO or DRIVE series cutter.
