The Micro S Light+ reinstatement cutter fits in small access openings and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It has excellent flexibility in bends and is well suited for both horizontal and vertical work in 4” to 6” lines. It also performs in 3” straight lines with the 90DCX Angular Cutting Motor.
The air powered system gives you accurate positioning, pneumatic bracing and powerful cutting. Twin joysticks control precise, multi-axis movements: continuous rotation, full swivel up to 90° and a 4” axial forward/back feed.
An integrated camera on the Micro S Light+ robot sends live visual feedback to a 10” touchscreen monitor. Monitor and controls are housed on a detachable case so you can control the robot while sitting.
Pressurized with nitrogen, the sealed robot carries an IP54 rating, accepts various cutting bits, and detaches for easy transport.
165’ of hose is housed on a wheeled cart, and the entire system weighs just 104 lbs.
