Spot Repair with LED UV light
QuickPatch LED cures GFRP pre-pregs using high-power light modules for targeted repair in sewers and drains. Shadowless technology guarantees full radiation reach to the entire surface of the prepregs and allows curing a patch in just 3-5 minutes. This curing process is not effected by temperature as heat assist patches are.
The packers have an integrated camera to identify install location and may be positioned with:
- The QuickPatch LED console — a lightweight, aluminum frame which houses power supply, 164’ hose and all the air connections needed to inflate the packer. A 10” monitor displays live footage from the camera and has an emergency stop button. An intuitive compact control unit commands all the system functions.
- SpeedyLight+ console — just disconnect the UV curing head for relining, and connect any of the QuickPatch bladder modules.
High-quality pre-pregs are delivered ready to install, saving time at the job-site. They’re packed individually in a UV protection foil pouch, ensuring essentially unlimited working time.
